You have experience running a complex set of software deliverables with many interdependencies and have a successful track record being a phenomenal partner within teams and across organizations in engineering, design, and leadership.
Description:
The Cloud Infrastructure team, as part of the Apple Services Engineering team, is seeking an extraordinary engineering program manager (EPM) to deliver innovative product solutions that will shape the future of large-scale infrastructure at Apple. You'll partner with a diverse set of teams across Apple to provide them with groundbreaking infrastructure that operates at substantial scale. We listen to different perspectives, help surface innovative ideas, and drive decisions that move us forward.
Minimum Qualifications:
5-10 years proven experience in software development project management for Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps / Infrastructure domains
Exceptional organizational, project management, and technical savvy
Experience leading Cloud native Infrastructure programs.
Experience with Kubernetes is a big plus
Agile project experience with evidence and able to demonstrate knowledge SCRUM background and/or played the role of a Scrum Master is plus
Experience at prioritizing features and technical road maps
Proficiency and experience in delivering large scale infrastructure projects
Process re-engineering experience
Self-motivated and proactive with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills to represent at all levels of the organization
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous end-to-end infrastructure, technical projects
Experience at end-to-end project delivery; building roadmaps through to operational sustainability
Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)
