Responsibilities:

• Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
• Provide direct instruction to students with varying needs in a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and specialists to support students' academic goals.
• Modify lesson plans and instructional methods to meet individual student needs.
• Track student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to meet their academic and social goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and updates.
• Promote social, emotional, and academic growth in students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education (Masters degree preferred).
• Pennsylvania Special Education certification required.
• Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
