- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for team members.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked and operational.
- Assist with data entry and maintain databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in another administrative role, preferably in a professional setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-service oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
