Description
Superintendent - Life Sciences, Healthcare, Higher Ed - Boston - Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and address any issues or challenges promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Provide mentorship to junior team members and assist with training and development.
Profile Superintendent - Life Sciences, Healthcare, Higher Ed - Boston - Will have
5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent, with a proven track record of independently leading projects. Experience in at least one of the following core markets:
Healthcare Life Science Higher Education
Experience managing projects ranging from $5M to $35M. Must have experience in occupied renovations, managing the complexities of working in live environments. Current CSL (Construction Supervisor License) is required. Ideal candidates will be mid-level professionals, not too early or towards the end of their careers, who are eager to take the next step in a dynamic, growth-oriented company.
