We are looking for an HR Generalist to become a part of our team in WAYNE, Pennsylvania. As an HR Generalist, your primary responsibility will be to oversee HR operations including recruitment and employee relations for our financial services firm. This role provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement after initial training.
Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment initiatives, including job posting and sourcing potential candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens for potential candidates
• Act as a liaison between different departments within the company
• Manage HR administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies
• Oversee employee relations and address any issues that may arise
• Handle unemployment reporting and other HR-related documentation
• Use Office Suite, Smartsheets and HRIS for various HR tasks
• Perform vlookups and other data analysis tasks as needed
• Help with the implementation and management of ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now systems
• Ensure compliance with FMLA and other employment laws and regulations
• Oversee benefit functions and assist employees with any benefit-related inquiries or issues

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Familiarity with Ceridian
• Experience using Dayforce
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions
• Strong Communication skills
• Understanding of Compliance regulations and best practices
• Experience in managing Employee Relations
• Familiarity with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) regulations and procedures
