Responsibilities:

• Coordinating recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
• Posting job openings to reach a wide range of potential candidates.
• Reviewing and screening resumes to identify suitable applicants.
• Conducting interviews to assess candidate suitability and skills.
• Working closely with department managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
• Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Handling employee relations to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Assisting in the implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Conducting training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Managing performance assessments to ensure employee success and growth.
• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR management.
• Implementing ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for streamlined operations.
• Using Ceridian and Dayforce for human resources functions.
• Overseeing benefit functions to ensure employee satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Managing employee relations and handling FMLA affairs.• Demonstrated proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Proficient in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Familiarity with Ceridian and Dayforce software
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions within HR
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of Compliance within HR practices
• Proven experience in Employee Relations
• Understanding and application of FMLA regulations
