We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our transportation team. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with driver regulations and providing key administrative support for smooth operations.


Responsibilities:

• Handling and directing inbound calls to the appropriate departments

• Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry tasks

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various administrative tasks

• Managing email correspondence with customers and within the team

• Dispatching and coordinating tasks as necessary

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate customer records

• Monitoring customer accounts and undertaking appropriate actions

• Processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

• Proficient in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, able to create, manage and manipulate spreadsheets.
• Experience in dispatching, capable of coordinating and distributing tasks or shipments effectively.
