We are looking to bring on board a Customer Service Representative for our team in Encino, California. Your main tasks will revolve around handling customer service queries, data entry, and facilitating communication through various channels. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries through inbound calls
• Handling customer service requests in a call center setting
• Ensuring efficient and accurate data entry for customer details
• Communicating with customers through email correspondence
• Managing both inbound and outbound calls to customers
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data organization and documentation
• Processing order entries as per customer requirements
• Coordinating and scheduling appointments as per customer needs
• Operating VoIP - Voice Over IP systems for communication
• Ensuring smooth operation of the VoIP system
• Handling communications through Voice over internet protocol (VoIP).

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Prior experience in call center customer service is essential

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Accurate data entry skills for recording customer information and interactions

• Proficiency in email correspondence, ensuring all communications are clear and detail oriented

• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls

• Competency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and documentation

• Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are accurately recorded and processed

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring minimal conflicts and maximum productivity

• Knowledge of VoIP (Voice Over IP) systems and their operation

• Familiarity with VoIP systems for efficient communication
