We are offering a contract for a Customer Service Representative position in the call center industry, located in North Chesterfield, Virginia, 23236, United States. The successful candidate will focus on maintaining strong customer relationships, processing complex transactions, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities
• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain a dynamic and rapidly changing customer credit records
• Resolve customer inquiries through extensive research
• Effectively interact with internal and external partners and clients
• Navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Proactively solve issues by listening for customer cues and actively resolving problems with integrity
• Adhere to policies while maintaining the confidentiality of records and client information
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls while providing accurate and friendly customer service
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Engage in email correspondence and schedule appointments using systems such as Zendesk.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in a call center customer service environment is essential.
• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, demonstrating strong computer skills.
• Experience with order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service software is an asset.
