Superintendent - Multi-family Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee our multi-family construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead the construction team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of multi-family construction sites Coordinate and supervise all construction activities and scheduling Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in multi-family construction Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Excellent leadership and communication skills Proficient in project management software and tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred Benefits 2 Weeks PTO to start 20% bonus structure.
