Civil Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage Civil projects on new construction jobs. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards while adhering to safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction, with a focus on ground-up projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Familiarity with project management software and tools.
