Real Estate Assistant

We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Responsibilities: • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood • Efficiently handle and respond to calls and emails • Maintain organized files and assist in managing sales/escrows/closing processes • Execute follow-up communication with clients via letters and emails • Post new listings during weekly team meetings • Manage business supply inventory and monitor weekly, monthly, and yearly goals • Update client records in CRM (BoomTown) and handle all data entry and reports • Coordinate necessary appointments, including open houses and final walkthroughs • Ensure compliance with tax withholding processes and legal requirements • Organize and support community outreach events to enhance our local presence • Stay updated on website maintenance and track mileage • Contribute to the improvement of office policies and procedures • Backup computer files and continuously enhance real estate industry knowledge Qualifications: • Real estate license preferred • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Weekend and evening availability • Great written and verbal skills • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • A valid Real Estate License is preferred for this job but is not required to apply • Strong communication skills (phone and email) • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software • Positive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented mindset • High school diploma or GED required • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus • Last but not least, be Teachable! Compensation: $30,000 - $50,000 yearly

Compensation:
$30,000-$50,000 per year
