Salary: $36,000 - $46,000 per year

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to become the front-line representative of our company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing them with a warm and professional welcome. As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and ensuring smooth operations within the office environment.  


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally and make them feel comfortable.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces in the office.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Benefits:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.

Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Empathy and active listening skills to better understand customer needs
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and call center software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Type:

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
