Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management for executives or teams.
  • Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, correspondence, and records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, providing accurate information or redirecting inquiries as necessary.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Office Management: Monitor and manage office supplies, maintain filing systems, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Support Team Initiatives: Assist in various projects and tasks as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
