Provide legal analysis and counsel on employment law issues, particularly regarding OSHA regulations. Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment litigation, with a focus on workplace safety and OSHA enforcement. Strong background in defending employers in OSHA actions. Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Proven experience drafting legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery responses. Experience taking and defending depositions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks in a fast-paced environment. California Bar membership in good standing is required. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications
