Full-time We are seeking a self starter who thrives in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment. This critical role will oversee the entire supply chain and product operations process—from sourcing and procurement to manufacturing, inventory management, and fulfillment. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and passionate about operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Management Develop and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy, including sourcing, procurement, production planning, and logistics. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost savings while ensuring quality and reliability. Monitor and forecast demand, ensuring optimal inventory levels to support business growth. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and operational success. Product Operations Lead production planning and scheduling, ensuring timely and efficient product delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Marketing, and Sales) to align supply chain operations with product launches. Oversee quality assurance and regulatory compliance processes. Financial & Data Analysis Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and reporting metrics. Conduct cost and margin analysis to inform pricing and profitability strategies. Manage the supply chain budget, driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or product management, preferably in a made-to-order or vertically integrated environment. Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, WMS and supply chain software. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Why join us?
