DBA Lead

We are seeking an experienced Database Operations Manager with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in monitoring, triaging, and resolving mission critical production database issues, and experience managing an operations team. You will manage a team of onshore and offshore team members responsible for L1/L2 database support. You will drive operational maturity, coordinate on call rotations, ensure availability of resources during outages and major issues, and drive resolution of issues or escalate when required.

Pay Range: 60- 70/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Database operations in an enterprise production environment for SQL Server, Sybase, and Oracle (must have at least two of the three) 3-5 years of leadership experience managing a database operations team preferred Experience working in an Agile/Scrum setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills
