We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) Consultant to join our organization. Duties:
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years experience as a Chief Operating Officer or in a similar senior leadership role.
Strong program management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies.
Sound financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial planning.
Proven ability to drive business development initiatives and achieve revenue growth targets.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
