We are seeking an experienced, dynamic leader with excellent computer and administrative skills to provide "hands-on" day-to-day operations over the Information Technology Department within a nonprofit/healthcare organization. This position is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's goals, supervises data reporting and analysis, and overall management of the IT departmental team including Systems and Data Analysts, support technicians and vendors, purchasing review, and project/grant budget development. The Director will plan, direct and manage the organization's Information Systems and Technology Department to ensure the provision of accurate and timely information, excellence in service, and effective, relevant technology solutions in alignment with the organization's strategic and financial objectives. The Director will identify technology needs and make recommendations to business decision-makers, evaluate the organization's adherence to federal technology requirements for security, maintain company hardware and software programs, and update technological equipment in the organization. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree preferred, or a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Computer Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 3 plus years of previous leadership experience required. Previous experience with Electronic Health Record Software preferred, working knowledge of Avatar a plus. Must have previous experience and working knowledge with cybersecurity to ensure decreased system vulnerabilities and utilization of advanced threat detection software. Previous experience in Nonprofit or Healthcare preferred. Must have exceptional Leadership skills. Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to relate well to all types of people. Requires skill in writing technical/statistical documents.
