APPLY NOW Employment Type: Full-time / Direct Hire Schedule: M-F during core business hours Location: Scottsdale, AZ – Onsite Salary: $80-90K/YR Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation. Develop and implement programs to enhance employee retention, job satisfaction, and morale. Oversee the performance review process and ensure employee benefits programs align with company goals. Coach and counsel management on HR policies and employment laws to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. Foster open communication to promote employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace environment. Manage and update content on the Employee Resources intranet pages. Collaborate on talent acquisition strategies and compensation planning. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (PHR or SPHR certification preferred). At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 2-3 years in a business partner role. Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and industry best practices. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
