Associate Attorney

Our Manchester, NH law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 1 years of experience to join our dynamic team. We offer a wide range of services in family law, probate and estate planning, criminal law, real estate, and general litigation, providing an excellent opportunity for a developing attorney to gain diverse experience across multiple practice areas. Key Responsibilities: Manage cases across various practice areas, including family law, probate and estate planning, criminal defense, real estate, and general litigation. Conduct legal research, draft motions and pleadings, and prepare for hearings, trials, and client meetings. Provide high-quality counsel and advocate on behalf of clients in court and other legal proceedings. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and client matters. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in New Hampshire. 1 years of experience in one or more of the firm’s practice areas (family law, probate, criminal law, real estate, or litigation preferred). Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, with a client-focused approach. Ability to manage time efficiently and work collaboratively within a team.
