Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Primary Care team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care to our diverse patient population, working collaboratively with physicians in a supportive and dynamic environment. Responsibilities : Perform patient assessments, including physical examinations, histories, and diagnostic evaluations. Diagnose and treat common medical conditions, including chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. Order and interpret lab tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic tools. Develop treatment plans and follow-up care for patients. Prescribe medications as needed, in accordance with state and federal regulations. Educate patients on preventive care, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications. Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR). Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical practices, treatments, and industry standards. Qualifications : Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Active state licensure as a Physician Assistant. Prior experience in Primary Care is preferred, but not required. Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Skills : Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems. EPIC a plus BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Advanced knowledge of chronic disease management.
