You will support a new vertical within our organization focused on Trader Engagement, with objectives that include:Helping our growing base of new customers learn to trade futuresEngaging existing active traders with compelling multimedia content, contests, and social initiativesBuilding a hub where content creators can leverage our platform to create and shareIndirectly driving acquisition by creating viral buzz around our enhanced trader experienceIn this role, you will use your extensive product design expertise and industry best practices to motivate, drive, and deliver human-centered user experiences across a variety of products areas. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring our solutions are both innovative and aligned with user needs.This role will involve leading the design process, owning the entire product area, and ensuring that our experiences are fundamentally user centric. You’ll also elevate the overall design craft within the organization—setting the bar for visual execution, usability, and interaction design. Your passion for simplicity and innovation will help deliver best-in-class user experiences, and you will drive both the design and execution needed to stay ahead of the competition.In this role, you will:Lead and drive design for the Trader Engagement vertical, focusing on enhancing both new and existing customer experiences through educational tools, multimedia content, and social interactionsBuild an intuitive hub for content creators, enabling them to create and share through our platform, fostering a community that thrives on engagementOwn the end-to-end design process for product areas related to trader engagement, ensuring customer-centric solutions that resonate with both new and seasoned usersCollaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to drive innovative design solutions that meet both user and business needsEstablish and maintain a high standard of design craft across the ecosystem, ensuring excellence in visual design, interaction design, and usabilityDrive product-led growth through design, by delivering impactful and intuitive product experiences that promote user adoption, engagement, and satisfactionContribute to the continuous improvement of the Design System, refining and evolving it to scale with the platform’s growthAct as a mentor and leader to other designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and design excellence across the teamParticipate in and lead design critiques, product discussions, and pair-designing sessions to collaboratively shape the design directionCommunicate complex design concepts clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadershipWhat’s in it for you:Be a key contributor in shaping the future of a cutting-edge product platform in the trading spaceCollaborate with talented, passionate teammates, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of design and product developmentThe chance to work in a product-led growth environment where design plays a critical role in customer success and business impactIf you're excited to bring customer-centric innovation to a fast-growing platform, and to play a pivotal role in elevating design, we want to hear from you!What we look for:7+ years of experience in product design, including significant experience working on cross-functional teamsA proven track record of delivering outstanding design solutions for complex products with a customer-centric mindsetStrong portfolio showcasing expertise in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture, with experience in user research, journey mapping, and persona developmentDeep understanding of modern design tools and processes, including experience with Figma and other design & research toolsExperience working with and contributing to Design Systems in a collaborative environmentExceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design decisions across the organizationStrong problem-solving abilities, able to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to deliver impactful design solutionsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment, with a passion for advancing design craft and pushing the envelope of innovationBonus Points for:Experience in futures trading, financial markets, or investment platforms is a huge plusCompensation:The salary range for this role will be $145,000.00 - $170,000.00 USD annually. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of up to 10%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).  Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual PTO allowance begins at 15 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.
