JL Consulting Group LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to join our esteemed healthcare team. As an Emergency Medicine Physician, you will be at the forefront of patient care, providing immediate and comprehensive medical attention to individuals experiencing acute illnesses or injuries. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making critical decisions under pressure while collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include assessing patients' conditions, ordering diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, performing medical procedures, and providing education on follow-up care. You will play a vital role in improving the overall quality of care in the emergency department, implementing best practices and protocols, and mentoring junior medical staff.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of emergency medicine experience required. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. Specialized Experience: FM/IM with extensive emergency and trauma experience accepted (3+ years with 250 case logs within the past year). ABEM certification preferred. Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice. Demonstrated clinical competency in emergency medicine through residency training and/or practice experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, particularly in high-stress situations. ACLS, PALS, ATLS required. Ideal Candidate Features: Skilled in emergency procedures and capable of managing diverse patient demographics.
