Workshop Creation and Implementation: Design and facilitate workshops that introduce Life Design concepts to the College of Fine Arts student population.Course Instruction: Offer a standalone Life Design course primarily for Bachelor of Arts students and students pursuing the minor in arts management and administration.Coaching: Offers 1:1 coaching to students interested in applying a life design approach to their career exploration and planning.Faculty Collaboration: Collaborate with central instructional designers and faculty to introduce Life Design modules in first-year courses as well as central instructional designers.Staff Supervision: Responsible for supervising the Student Career Success Coordinator position. Includes setting performance goals and expectations, annual reviews, and regular check-ins. As needed, responsible for staying current with best practices for managers at the college and University as well as life cycle events (onboarding, offboarding, recruitment).Data Analysis: Review data on student engagement with coaching and life design opportunities; design strategies to engage students who have not yet developed a life design plan, with particular focus on seniors.Central Collaboration: Meet regularly with Career Success life design team to ensure campus-wide continuity, best practices in coaching and instructional domains and collaboration.
