Telecommunications Analyst III

Position overview: Looking for an experienced Telecommunication Analyst to continue our support for our business partners and people in our care. This individual will be assisting with supporting and installing telephones, cellphones and other video conferencing solutions. Required Skills & Years of Experience: 2 - 5 Years • Video Conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management • Unified Communications Systems (Webex, PBX, ACD, etc) • Mobile device support and Management • Networking Concepts (CUBE, Client, SIP, H323, VoIP, etc) Preferred vendor Experience: • Cisco • Mitel • Zoom • AirWatch • Apple Business Management • Microsoft Required soft skills: • Ability to work independently but in a team environment- • Able to meet deadlines • Punctual • Ability to multi-task and balance their work day • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and determine a solution
