Doc’s Brands is seeking a skilled and experienced
Head of Marketing
to lead and elevate marketing efforts across Doc’s Diesel and Doc’s Filters. This leadership role is focused on shaping and executing a growth-oriented marketing strategy, managing advertising performance, overseeing comprehensive budgets, and fostering customer retention. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns, brand development, and content creation while maintaining a structured marketing calendar to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals. In this role, you will lead marketing and creative teams, collaborate with external eCommerce and creative agencies, and use data-driven insights to improve performance and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a blend of creativity and analytical skills, passionate about driving growth and team success in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Key Responsibilities Lead marketing and creative teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across all stakeholders. Shape and execute a growth-oriented marketing strategy focused on increasing revenue, customer retention, and brand loyalty. Manage external
eCommerce and creative agencies
to ensure alignment with business objectives and campaign goals. Strategically manage and optimize advertising efforts across platforms like
Facebook, Google, Klaviyo , and other paid channels, ensuring alignment with objectives. Maintain a structured marketing calendar to ensure consistency across campaigns while adapting to inventory levels, market trends, and evolving business needs. Shift and reorganize campaigns as needed, responding to changing inventory levels, market trends, or business needs. Establish a streamlined process for integrating new campaigns into the marketing calendar, regularly reviewing and optimizing to ensure it remains adaptable. Report performance, challenges, and actionable strategies to leadership, collaborating on execution plans. Oversee accurate campaign launches and ongoing optimization across all channels to maximize performance. Maintain and enhance the voice and visual identity of all
Doc’s Diesel and Doc’s Filters . Develop engaging content in partnership with teams, ensuring consistency in messaging across all marketing materials and social media platforms. Use data-driven insights through tools like Google Analytics and Sheets/Excel to inform spending decisions, optimize results, and improve ROI across campaigns. Report on campaign success metrics, budget utilization, and alignment with business objectives and financial targets. Manage and monitor marketing and advertising budgets, optimizing spend to maximize impact across all channels. Collaborate on customer retention efforts, including personalized campaigns and loyalty programs. Gather customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and long-term engagement. Drive brand development and content creation to align with company values and messaging. Qualifications 5-7 years in marketing, with a proven track record in eCommerce and digital marketing leadership. Experience
managing
marketing and creative teams,
leading
collaboration with external agencies, and ensuring accountability across stakeholders. Proficiency in advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), with expertise in ads, media buying, and campaign optimization. Advanced skills in software such as
Adobe Suite
and
Klaviyo , with expertise in multi-channel campaign management. Strong ability to blend creative content development with data-driven strategy, including copywriting and content creation. Highly organized, with experience managing marketing calendars and using task management tools like
ClickUp . Demonstrated success in budget management, optimizing advertising spend, and driving ROI through data-driven decisions. Exceptional analytical skills, with a history of leveraging data to inform strategy and improve performance. Strong copywriting and content creation abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and business needs.
