Under the general supervision of the Information Technology Manager I, the Information Technology Associate (IT Associate) is responsible for supporting the Office of Tax Appeals (OTA) client services. Support critical applications; mobile systems, data communications, and other information technology (IT) domains. As a member of the OTA Information Technology Section, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting, documenting, and reporting on infrastructure and communications systems.

Working Conditions This position is a hybrid telework schedule. The telework schedule is at the discretion of the Department and based on Office of Tax Appeal's telework policy. The workstation is equipped with standard or ergonomic office equipment, as appropriate. Travel may be required to support remote locations, attend meetings or training classes.
