ibilities: Create/manage purchase orders for timely material procurement. Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure quality and deadlines. Follow-up on orders using tracking systems for efficiency. Evaluate contracts, invoices for alignment with purchase terms. Analyze costs, negotiate to optimize expenses without compromising quality. Expedite deliveries for customer satisfaction and on-time commitments. Forecast purchasing needs aligned with business demands. Cultivate relationships with existing/potential suppliers. Collaborate with logistics/operations for efficient supply chain. Handle additional tasks assigned by supervisor with flexibility. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required. 3-5 years' purchasing experience with raw materials for manufacturing/production. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Effective decision-making and time management abilities. Meticulous attention to detail and proactive attitude. Thrives in traditional and collaborative work culture.
