Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center (COCMHC) is recruiting for compassionate, dedicated behavioral health case manager to provide direct mental health services to children and their families. These services include individual/group/marital and family therapy, counseling case management, psychosocial evaluations, treatment planning, crisis intervention initial contacts and providing consultation/education/prevention services as needed at the new Children's URC in Norman, OK. The URC is designed as an alternative treatment setting for those who need urgent (same day) intervention, but do not necessarily require the services of the Emergency Room.
Job Type/Salary:
Drug and Alcohol Pre-employment and Pre-placement Testing: Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.

Job Type/Salary:
- Full-time position (evening/night positions)
- Salary: $41,000 - $46,000 based on education and certifications
- Full Compensation range of $51,699 to $69,709, depending on the number of covered dependents and qualifications. Compensation range to include base salary and benefits allowance to help you pay for your benefits. Compensation range does not include shift differentials.
- FLSA Status: Exempt
- Evening/Nights - $extra $3.00 hr.
- Weekends - extra $3.00 hr.
- Holidays - extra $3.00 hr.
- Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field. Contingent to training availability, Department sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of start date.
- Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health or closely related behavioral science field and two (2) years of experience in professional case management behavioral health services. Contingent to training availability, Department sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of start date.
