Job Description

Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center (COCMHC) is recruiting for compassionate, dedicated behavioral health case manager to provide direct mental health services to children and their families in an outpatient setting! These services include robust case management, care coordination, community outreach, and ongoing treatment plans with youth ages 3 to 17 and their caregivers. This position will work as part of a treatment team to provide youth and their families support and treatment in an outcomes focused setting.

Job Type/Salary:
  • Full-time position
  • Salary: $40,000 - $46,000 based on education and certifications
  • FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field. Contingent to training availability, Department sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of start date.
  • Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health or closely related behavioral science field and two (2) years of experience in professional case management behavioral health services. Contingent to training availability, Department sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of start date.
