They are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to help support their financial planning efforts and contribute to long-term strategic goals, ensuring robust financial health and continued success across all operations.

Job Description
  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with retail sales goals and profitability targets.
  • Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities in retail performance, providing actionable recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with leadership and merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to align financial plans with the company's strategic retail objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting key drivers and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess retail business valuation, store performance, and inventory management.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; advanced coursework or experience in financial modeling is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably within the retail industry.
