SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical CNIC Headquarters Emergency Case Management/ Individual Deployment Support Coordination Services to the Navy's Fleet and Family Support Programs (FFSPs) designed to maximize the well-being of active duty, retirees, civilians (OCONUS) and their families.
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Case Management/Individual Deployment Support Coordinator to join our CNIC Headquarters team. In this critical role, you will oversee and coordinate Navy-wide emergency case management and individual deployment support services. Your expertise in program management, case management, and emergency preparedness will be essential in ensuring that our sailors and their families receive the support they need during deployments and emergency situations. Tasks and Responsibilities: As the Emergency Case Management/Individual Deployment Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that regional and site staff effectively deliver emergency case management and deployment support services. You will monitor and provide quality assurance reviews, manage outreach and marketing efforts, and closely coordinate disaster preparation and response activities. Additionally, you will oversee the administration of case management functions in the NFAAS system and provide training to staff across the Navy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure regional and site Emergency Case Management/Individual Deployment Support staff maintain effective liaison with installation and community support organizations.
• Monitor and conduct quarterly quality assurance reviews of Navy-wide Emergency Case Management and Individual Deployment Support services.
• Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies for Emergency Case Management and Individual Deployment Support services across the Navy.
• Coordinate with the CNIC Family Emergency Preparedness and Response Program Manager on disaster preparation and response activities.
• Manage and administer case management functions within the NFAAS system.
• Provide NFAAS training to regional and installation staff responsible for documenting emergency or individual deployment case management services.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Oversee regional and site staff to ensure the consistent delivery of emergency case management and deployment support services.
• Provide guidance and support to staff in maintaining high standards of service delivery and adherence to program guidelines.
Other Skills and Abilities:
• Strong leadership and program management skills with the ability to oversee complex, Navy-wide initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to conduct effective management briefings and training sessions.
• Proficiency in data management systems, including NFAAS, and the ability to train others in their use.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage crisis situations.

Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in social science or related field, OR a combination of bachelor's education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree, OR four years of equivalent experience in a social science or related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience in program management or oversight of case management or advocacy services.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to family readiness and emergency response.
• Experience in emergency preparedness and response, with the ability to manage and coordinate large-scale support services.
