LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client to find a dedicated HR Specialist to join their team in Reynoldsburg, OH. This role is primarily focused on human resources including sourcing, onboarding employee relations and benefits. This position will also assist in the payroll processing using an outside vendor. The ideal candidate will be local and able to work onsite in a manufacturing setting, enjoying a diverse range of tasks throughout their day. This position starts as a contract role with the potential to become a permanent hire based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for employee inquiries
  • Manage the entire recruitment process (job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding)
  • Oversee weekly payroll administration and vacation tracking
  • Conduct HR activities such as employee recognition, benefits administration, leave management, and handling disciplinary issues

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Ability to independently manage HR functions as the sole HR contact
  • Proficiency in payroll processing
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Proven track record of stability in previous roles

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
