We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly organized Recruiter to join our client's team in Columbus, OH! This role involves recruiting top sales talent both locally and out-of-state. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and drive, directly impacting the organization's growth and success. Starting on a contract basis for at least 6 months, this position has the potential to become permanent based on performance and company needs.

As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Your efforts will be crucial in identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales professionals, ensuring the continued success of our client's organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales positions both locally and out-of-state.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and virtual/in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on sales positions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong drive and motivation to achieve results.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with some in-office and onsite work required
Pay Details: $28.00 to $38.00 per hour
