In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while supporting the US Courts OSCAR program. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO) processes and a proven track record of team leadership. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable SSO implementations. You will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing user authentication processes while leading a team of analysts and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of SSO solutions for the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards. Evaluate and document existing authentication systems and recommend enhancements. Collaborate with IT and Security teams to integrate SSO with third-party applications and platforms. Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for SSO-related projects. Develop use cases, workflows, and process maps to support the SSO lifecycle. Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Oversee the team's workload, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Provide guidance on best practices, tools, and techniques for effective business analysis. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of SSO initiatives with organizational goals. Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on SSO or identity and access management systems. 2+ years of experience leading a team of business analysts or similar roles.Required Skills Strong understanding of SSO technologies (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and tools (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, Azure AD). Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and workflow analysis. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio). Experience working in agile and waterfall project environments.Desired Skills Strong background in data analysis and reporting, with experience using tools like Tableau or Power BI. Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) as they relate to SSO deployment pipelines. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and standards (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). Experience with international deployments of SSO solutions across geographically dispersed teams.
