ID Technology is seeking an exceptional Field Service Data Entry Clerk who will contribute to the success of the company by overseeing daily operations of customer service across all facilities in the US and Canada.
Are you excited about this work?
Process field service orders nationally, verifying for accuracy Confirm parts pricing and accuracy before billing (confirming any discount structures) Coordinate final parts ordering for items needed after completion of service visit, working with technicians/service coordinators Follow up as appropriate on services and transfer orders to ensure completion accuracy Check parts against paperwork, amend inventory and allocate to jobs, working through discrepancies with all internal contacts as appropriate Maintain excellent records Follow established processes Manage weekly and monthly activities/reports to ensure all service billings take place for each month nationally Enter and manage data in Syteline Take internal parts requests and process Transfer orders to bring in necessary items for stock and/or demo use following established internal processes and approvals Run inventory reports and counts working with sales, technicians, service coordinators and management to verify accuracy of inventory levels during quarterly cycle counts Collaborate with Field Service Coordinators on any discrepancies before final processing of orders. Collaborate with the Assistant Manager of Service Coordination on all regional quarterly inventories as appropriate What’s in it for you?
