- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Manage appointment schedules for staff and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and paper-based.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages appropriately.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
