IntePros is seeking an experienced NetSuite Lead to join our client and serve as the primary contact for all NetSuite-related functionality, configuration, and troubleshooting within our organization. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and business process knowledge to ensure that the system supports operational efficiency. While this position is not a development role, the ideal candidate will possess the skills necessary to diagnose issues, provide recommendations, and collaborate with technical teams for advanced support as needed. Key Responsibilities:

Act as the in-house NetSuite expert, assisting users with functionality, workflows, and system capabilities. Configure NetSuite modules to align with organizational needs, optimizing demand planning, inventory management, order-to-cash, and financial processes. Develop and maintain saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards to support decision-making. Diagnose and resolve system or process issues, working with internal teams and external consultants when required. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing user support to ensure efficient system usage. Document system issues and requirements to facilitate effective communication with external partners or IT teams. Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process optimizations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of configurations, customizations, and workflows. Assist with data management tasks, including imports, exports, and audits to maintain data integrity. Stay updated on NetSuite releases and new features, implementing improvements where applicable. Qualifications: Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Analyst, or similar role, ideally in a wholesale distribution or multi-channel retail environment. Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, particularly demand planning, inventory/warehouse management, order-to-cash, and financial processes. Proficiency in creating saved searches, reports, and dashboards within NetSuite. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve system issues. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business terms. Basic understanding of data management principles and system integrations. Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Based in the Portland, OR area, with the ability to work onsite in Canby, OR. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in wholesale distribution or e-commerce environments. Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, or SuiteBuilder (a plus but not required). Knowledge of marketplace integrations and third-party logistics systems. Project management experience.
