IntePros is looking for a NetSuite Lead to join our client in the Portland Metropolitan Area. The NetSuite Lead will act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related functionality, system configuration, and troubleshooting. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency and business process understanding to support the organizations operational needs. The ideal candidate will have sufficient expertise to diagnose issues, provide insights, and coordinate with technical teams for advanced support when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the in-house expert on NetSuite, answering user questions regarding functionality, workflows, and system capabilities.
Configure NetSuite modules to align with business needs, ensuring efficient operation of demand planning, inventory management, order-to-cash, and financial processes.
Develop and maintain saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system or process issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external consultants when needed.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient use of NetSuite across teams.
Collect and document detailed information about issues and system requirements to facilitate escalation or customization by external partners or IT teams.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for system improvements and process optimizations.
Manage and maintain system documentation, ensuring up-to-date records of configurations, customizations, and workflows.
Assist in data management tasks, including imports, exports, and data integrity audits.
Stay informed about NetSuite updates and new features, recommending and implementing enhancements as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Analyst, or similar role.
Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, particularly demand planning, inventory/warehouse management, order-to-cash processes, and financial accounting.
Proficiency in creating saved searches, reports, and dashboards within NetSuite.
Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues and propose practical solutions.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.
Basic understanding of data management principles and system integrations.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, or SuiteBuilder (not required but advantageous).
Knowledge of marketplace integrations and third-party logistics systems.
Project management experience.
