Coordinator, Facilities

Our Facilities Coordinator is passionate about engaging with our team, building partnerships with our vendors and acting as our go-to-person for facilities. This role is varied, and no two days are the same, yet through your efforts and coordination, Torani-land is welcoming and shines for all team members and visitors! Your organizational skills, authentic desire to care for our team members, and ability to relate to and work with everyone, make you the go-to-person for Facilities.

As Facilities Coordinator you support the scheduling and coordination of our Torani-land campus systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical systems, and site services like security, janitorial, and waste management. Responsibilities also include coordinating and supervising vendors and contractors, ensuring they are adherence to safety and GMP standards, and supporting projects from providing input to execution.

We believe in our purpose of "Flavor for All; Opportunity for All" and that there's no such thing as a perfect candidate. Our customers come from all different backgrounds, and so do our team members. If you're passionate about what you could accomplish here, we'd love to hear from you!

SUCCESS FACTORS (first 12-24 months) Facilities Go-Getter:

You take tremendous pride in our Torani-land campus and ensure that it continues to operate and shine, every day. You walk our factory and campus grounds daily to spot areas not up to standards and/or needing attention. You have a natural curiosity for fixing and improving our facility-when something seems off or isn't working, you have no trouble stepping in, assessing the situation, and taking action to resolve it. Flexing your project management skills, you own small scale facilities projects from coordination to execution and completion. Task Trailblazer:

By using the Limble CMMS system, you plan, track, and report on maintenance activities while managing an ongoing list of tasks. You also conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance and promptly address any action items. Additionally, by creating and maintaining asset inventory, you're quickly able to track maintenance records and create operational checklists to ensure the efficient and safe operation of all facility assets. Your proactive approach helps streamline workflows, minimize downtime, and enhance the overall performance and safety of the facility. Vendor Organizer : Meeting regularly with vendors, you ensure that preventive maintenance activities for the machines running Torani-land are effectively managed and stay within the budget. You own our janitorial partnership, lead monthly janitorial walks around the Flavor Factory, communicate findings to our janitorial partners, and manage work orders and changes to the overall cleaning schedule. You bring our Torani-warmth to these interactions, and our vendors love working with you as much as we do! Have Fun!

You understand that having fun at work is a vital component of engagement. You embrace our warm and lighthearted culture and actively contribute to creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere through your daily interactions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
