Sr. Manager of Enterprise Reporting & Business Intelligence Manager

based in our

Irvine, CA

location. This position reports to the FP&A Department Head and will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of reporting and BI solutions that drive data-driven insights across the organization. The ideal candidate will focus on managing reporting frameworks, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and actionable data through effective use of business intelligence tools. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver impactful insights that support strategic and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting Strategy Execution:

Develop and implement enterprise-wide reporting strategies to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of reports and dashboards that support business objectives. Team Leadership:

Lead and develop a team of BI analysts and reporting specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Business Intelligence Tools:

Oversee the configuration and use of business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau), ensuring they meet the reporting needs of various departments and enhance data accessibility. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with business units, such as finance, operations, and marketing, to gather reporting requirements and align BI solutions with business strategies. Dashboard & Report Development:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and standard reports, making key metrics and insights easily accessible to decision-makers. Data & Analytics Advocacy:

Drive data governance and strategy, working closely with data teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, and integration across BI platforms. Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for reporting and analytics inquiries, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, automate data extraction, and improve the efficiency of BI tools to reduce manual efforts. Training & Support:

Train and support business users on BI tools and reporting best practices, empowering teams to independently access and utilize data insights. Work Schedule + Benefits

Pay Range is $163,500 - $218,000 annualized salary, plus bonus* Excellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA's, 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans and Pet Insurance Department needs will call for occasional overtime Onsite, in office hours in Irvine, CA: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm Full-time position, Exempt *Represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity. Proficiency with SQL and database querying to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis. Strong experience with BI tools like Tableau for creating dashboards and reports. Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and database design. Experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BIP, FRS, FAW/FDI) is a plus. Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data, presenting findings in a clear, actionable format. Proven experience in cross-functional work, influencing data quality and governance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
