About the Role:

As a CBRE Project Management Director, you’ll be responsible for department-related management services within multiple geographic markets, programs, or client accounts to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This role encompasses the management of projects from initiation through completion.

This position can be performed remotely (Eastern Time Zone Preferred) but will require travel to client sites as necessary.

What You’ll Do:

Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruitment.

Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and mentor staff.

Direct all phases of the process for large clients including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution.

Ensure accurate and timely contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeouts.

Develop new business growth and maintain existing relationships.

Maintain full responsibility for the financial performance of market, program, and client accounts.

Identify complex project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Apply deep knowledge of multiple disciplines and drive financial and functional performance.

Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.

Conceptualize new methods, techniques, processes, and standards across job disciplines.

Direct the resolution of complex business problems using advanced critical thinking.

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.

In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles with the ability to analyze complex business data.

Experience in staffing, selection, training, coaching, and performance appraisal preferred.

Ability to communicate sensitive and complicated information effectively.

Leadership skills to motivate teams to achieve operational targets.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Expert organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Please be advised that effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend will be consolidated into a single global business entity.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $130,000.00 annually and the maximum salary is $160,000.00 annually. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. Benefits include 401(K), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Insurance.
