This job is part of the Project Management function, responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion. This position can work remotely (Eastern Time Zone Preferred) but will require travel to client sites as needed. What You’ll Do: Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruitment and hiring. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Direct all phases of the process for large and high-profile clients including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution. Ensure contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeouts are accurate, timely, and compliant. Develop new business growth and maintain existing business relationships. Maintain full responsibility for financial performance of market, program, and client accounts. Identify complex project risks, lead reviews, and develop risk mitigation and backup plans. Apply deep knowledge of multiple disciplines and drive financial and functional performance across business. Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. Negotiate with senior management, customers, and external parties to reach strategic agreements. Conceptualize new methods, techniques, processes, and standards across job disciplines. Direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems by applying advanced critical thinking. What You’ll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred. In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles, and the ability to analyze complex business/financial data. Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance. Ability to exchange sensitive and complicated information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems. Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Expert organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Please be advised that effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend will be consolidated into a single global business entity. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $130,000.00 annually and the maximum salary is $160,000.00 annually. The offered compensation will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s benefit program, which includes 401(K), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Insurance.
