About the Role:

As a CBRE Project Management Director, you’ll be responsible for department-related management services within multiple geographic markets, programs, or client accounts to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This job is part of the Project Management function, responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion. This position allows for remote work (Eastern Time Zone Preferred) but requires travel to client sites as needed.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruiting and hiring.
  2. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and mentor staff.
  3. Direct all phases of the process for large and high-profile clients including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeouts.
  5. Develop new business growth and maintain existing business relationships.
  6. Maintain full responsibility for the financial performance of market, program, and client accounts.
  7. Identify complex project risks, lead reviews, and develop risk mitigation plans.
  8. Apply deep knowledge of multiple disciplines and drive financial and functional performance.
  9. Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  10. Conceptualize new methods, techniques, processes, and standards across job disciplines.
  11. Direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems through advanced critical thinking.

What You’ll Need:

  1. Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
  2. In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles with the ability to analyze complex business/financial data.
  3. Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, and performance management.
  4. Ability to communicate sensitive and complex information effectively.
  5. Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve operational targets.
  6. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  7. Expert organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $130,000.00 annually and the maximum salary is $160,000.00 annually. Compensation offered will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role provides benefits including 401(K), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Insurance.
