Position Overview: You will be using your creative, artistic vision to create promotions, and events alongside all of our traditional and non-traditional advertising. You will have the freedom to experiment and brainstorm innovative ideas and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our target customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an imaginative social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. Utilize AI technology and tools to analyze customer data, identify target demographics, and optimize content for maximum engagement and reach. Create compelling, visually stunning, and shareable content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute captivating social media campaigns, incorporating AI-driven personalization and interactive elements. Stay at the forefront of social media trends, AI advancements, and emerging platforms, and incorporate them into our strategy to maintain a competitive edge. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, questions, and comments, and respond promptly and professionally. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to showcase the impact of your creative campaigns and provide insights for further optimization. Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and customer preferences to ensure our social media efforts are fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a track record of driving successful campaigns across multiple platforms. A strong artistic flair and an eye for visually appealing content that aligns with our brand aesthetic. Proficient in utilizing AI tools and platforms to analyze data, target customers, and optimize content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging copy. Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and create innovative social media campaigns that capture attention and drive customer engagement. Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and leverage insights to optimize future campaigns. Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and AI technology.
