What You'll Do
- Inspire Excellence: Mentor and coach Sales Representatives, fostering growth, maximizing team performance, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Strategize for Success: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, analyze market trends, and establish measurable performance benchmarks.
- Build Relationships: Forge and maintain strong connections with clients, architects, consultants, and property managers by offering tailored roofing service solutions.
- Drive Business Growth: Expand the company's footprint by identifying and securing new opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and lead follow-ups.
- Ensure Accuracy and Execution: Oversee building measurements, estimates, contracts, and financial tracking to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Lead Marketing Efforts: Participate in marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and expand market reach.
Required:
- High School Diploma / GED.
- At least 5 years of proven success in a sales career, with leadership experience highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team to meet and exceed targets.
- Expertise in commercial roofing systems, including single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal systems.
- A track record of growing market share and delivering outstanding business results.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities.
- Superior communication skills and proficiency with sales tracking systems.
- Experience managing sales teams in a commercial construction setting.
- A degree in Business or Construction Management.
- Fluent in Spanish ( highly preferred)
