The Human Resources Manager will be a key player in handling all facets of human resources, with a focus on recruiting top talent, fostering employee growth, and maintaining positive workplace relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in full-cycle recruitment, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and ensuring HR compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-caliber talent.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department leaders to assess staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive salary structures, benefit programs, and incentives to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and boost employee satisfaction.
- Employee Development: Create career development plans and clear progression paths to support employee growth.
- Onboarding Excellence: Lead onboarding efforts to ensure new hires are equipped with the tools and knowledge for success.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations, addressing concerns, investigating complaints, and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- HR Metrics: Analyze workforce trends and metrics to develop strategies that enhance retention, performance, and overall HR effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Support managers with training and guidance during the performance review process.
- HR Systems: Optimize HRIS platforms (ADP preferred) to streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency.
- Compliance & Policy: Advise leadership on HR policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and talent acquisition.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems;
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
