Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join their fast-paced office.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $25/hr - $30/hr Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and supporting company-wide recruiting efforts. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is also responsible for promoting a company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to ensure candidates, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders have a pleasant experience. This is a hybrid-remote position, based out of the headquarters located in New Providence, NJ. Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

Collaborate with the Recruiting team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.

Provide timely and clear communication to candidates regarding interview status and job opportunities.

Handle any candidate inquiries and provide support as needed throughout the recruitment process.

Manage the Recruiting team's shared calendar to schedule interviews, meetings, and other essential events.

Coordinate interview times with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members.

Prepare interview schedules and materials for recruiters and hiring managers.

Proactively adjust interview schedules as needed to accommodate candidate availability and team requirements.

Assist the Recruiting team with administrative tasks, such as document management, file organization, and data entry.

Maintain a well-organized talent profile database and keep relevant information up-to-date.

Support candidate screening and evaluation processes by gathering and collating candidate information.

Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

1 - 2 years of experience in a recruiting or administrative role, preferably in a talent acquisition context.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with talent acquisition software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Attention to detail and commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
