Responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will enhance the candidate experience by guiding candidates through the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience at every stage. You will manage candidate data with precision to maintain a continuous talent pipeline and support Talent Partners and hiring managers by collaborating closely to ensure recruitment practices meet the organization’s workforce needs. This includes identifying, interviewing, and presenting top candidates efficiently within the required timelines.
Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies. Advanced proficiency in using social media and online tools for talent sourcing is essential, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage candidate data with precision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as you will need to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
